At Birthday Party Corp 7, we strive to provide exceptional experiences for our customers. However, we understand that circumstances may arise where a return of our party services is necessary. Please review our return policy below:

1. You have seven (7) days to return the merchandise from the delivery date.

2. NO money will be refunded; You will be awarded a credit to redeem in the same store.

3. The customer will be responsible for covering shipping costs for both the initial purchase and returns.

4. All merchandise must be returned in perfect condition, unused and with all its original labels.

5. Merchandise on sale cannot be exchanged or returned.

6. Defective and/or damaged merchandise must be notified within a period of seven (7) days. Also, if you have received an item in error.
